I would like to draw your attention to the above charity whose purpose is to create 'self-worth' among the people of Uganda at a time when they are experiencing much suffering. The Patron of this Charity is the retired Bishop Wilfred of Croydon. Daniel Kajumba (Archdeacon of Reigate) and Tina Kajumba are both founding members and Trustees.
The principal objectives of the New Creation Foundation are:-
(1) To
advance the education of the public in Uganda, particularly by providing
additional support such as books and equipment.
(2) To advance the education of the public in the United Kingdom,
particularly by promoting cultural awareness and racial harmony.
(3) To provide, for the benefit of the public in Uganda and the United
Kingdom, assistance through mediation and conciliation for families and
communities.
(4) To relieve sickness and to preserve the health of the people of Uganda.
(5) To advance the education of the general public in Uganda in all areas
relating to health.
(6) To relieve financial hardship among the people of Uganda, generally or
individually by providing such persons with grants and paying for items and
services, or facilities which they could not otherwise afford through lack
of means.
